Same Boat Theater Collective presents EarthQuake, a global zoom festival

Same Boat Theater Collective,
a diverse team of Bay Area and international playwrights, directors and actors, will present new environmental justice plays in “EarthQuake: Moving the Earth with Our Voices”  a livestream immersive production of readings featuring a global cast for three shows, each at 7PM in San Francisco, London and New Delhi. Tickets are $15 and guarantee access to all three distinct performances. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit https://www.sameboattheater.org.

EarthQuake is a festival of readings of theatrical pieces by diverse voices, each answering the question: what does who I am and where I live have to do with the environment? Three unique EarthQuake performances will livestream from three continents to bring a message of global unity in the face of environmental crisis. Plays, movement pieces, puppet shows, monologues, spoken word pieces, and videos in English, Spanish and Hindi by environmentalists and creators representing a diversity of voices, including those of African, Indigenous, Asian and European descent, Kurdish, Arabic and Romani ethnicities and Hindu, Muslim, Christian and Jewish faiths. Together, we will move the Earth!
