Michael J. Asberry is going into tech rehearsal for SWEET WATER TASTE with the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre (Orlando Shakes), opening on 1/7/22. 

Evelyn Jean Pine’s short play, OAKLAND 1982:  YOU, ME, AND RiCKEY, will be the first play ever published in the online baseball journal, THE TWIN BILL. You can expect the publication on January 31, 2022.

Julia Brothers is teaming up with Sean Daniels for the fourth time to perform Wendy MacLeod’s Women In Jeopardy at Arizona Theatre Company, Jan 15 – Feb 27, 2022 in Tucson and Phoenix.

Louis Parnell will be directing a week-long workshop of Susan Jackson’s play SWIMMING WITH PUPPIES as well as appearing in it. The workshop will be produced by 3 Girls Theatre and will culminate in a zoom performance on Saturday, January 29 at 6pm. Go to the 3GT website for further information.

Lisa Gaye Thompson will once again zoom cast an improv/playwriting/cold-read mashup. Five playwrights from both coasts will write short plays based on audience suggestions followed by often-brilliant, always-fun cold readings. Next show: January 31st.
