Ben Chau-Chiu is assistant directing the world premiere of Minna Lee’s MY HOME ON THE MOON at SF Playhouse, directed by Mei Ann Teo. Also working on this are fellow company members Rinabeth Apostol, Will Dao, Elena Wright, and NY company member Howard Ho!

Xinyuan Pu was recently awarded Theatre Bay Area’s Ca$h Creates Grant, which she will use to develop her bilingual history play, A FLOWER EXPLODES. Read more about the project here.

Carolyn Doyle just returned from 15 months on the road with the Broadway National Tour of LES MISÉRABLES and is excited to be back with her Bay Area and PlayGround communities!

A monologue from FREE CONNECTION, a short play by Steve Koppman that premiered in 2022 at the Tapas Festival produced by Guerneville’s Pegasus Theatre, has been published in The Best Men’s Stage Monologues 2023 from Smith & Kraus.
