Zoe Chien and the team at 3Girls Theatre are thrilled to announce 3GT’s upcoming New Works Festival! The 2025 New Works Festival is a celebratory culmination of new plays by women+ playwrights whose work has been in development through 3GT’s Reading Series. In honor of 3GT’s partnership with KALW, the 2025 NWF theme is Seen and Heard, and will feature the work of SF Bay Area artists collaborating on multiple projects by 3GT playwrights, including PlayGround writer Kristy Lin Billuni whose eco-homo-erotic musical The Trees is a must-see on 3/9. Join us as we discover what it means to be seen and heard through these innovative new works. Ben Chau-Chiu will be a guest artist, playing Agis, in the SF Conservatory of Music’s production of Triumph of Love. Come see this wacky, fun musical and support many of the graduate voice students of SFCM! Performances are February 21-22 at 7:30p in their concert hall just around the corner from Market/Van Ness.
Evelyn Jean Pine was delighted to play both “Ovid” and “Martha Graham,” natch, at the Bather’s Library’s book release reading of Alexandra Pink’s new book/play/game, THE INFINITE PLAY.
